Lush 2 Bed Flat | 2 min from Centre | Free Parking

Positive: Great location to visit son in university and for city centre. Clean Negative: Free parking was advertised. There was not free parking even though owner confirmed that there was 24 hours before arrival! I had to park a 12 minute walk away and pay £25 per day. Booking.com refunded the parking after I made a complaint about the falsely advertised free parking! The finish of the property looks rushed e.g. skirting board that doesn't fit properly, dripped paint, hole in wall behind bedroom door where door handle has been banged. Dishwasher was missing.

Would recommend for short stay - very handy for Gig Venue's - BONUS - Uber prices very cheap Positive: A little confusion over the "Pin" from Booking.com - but after checking "Check In" on App - located the code - just a little unclear that the Booking PIN is not for key-safe Negative: WiFi a little intermittent for use on personal devices - TV was perfect though

Unpleasant Positive: The beds was comfortable. Kitchen clean Negative: Not a great place to stay , felt uncomfortable walking home. Looked tacky with holes in the walls . Blood on the wall by the bed . Poor toilet flush shower not great . All the air fresheners were empty . No windows in living rooms area . The garden was a joke wouldn’t dare go out there was grubby and after seeingg 2massive rats couldn’t open the doors . At night a terrible row of them running above us . Very unnerving. Not a pleasant stay at all . And has got to be a health issue. . Will expect a full refund .

Felt unsafe staying here. Positive: Nice furnishings and has a washing machine. Negative: Back door to the “garden” did not lock. Had to take the batteries out of the smoke alarm in the night to stop it beeping. Free parking is on the streets away from the accommodation. I asked where the clothes airer was and did not receive an answer (there wasn’t one in the storage cupboard)

Een hoop gedoe bij de aankomst, maar verder redelijk. Positive: Dat het appartement aan de achterkant lag, dus geen rumoer van de straat. Negative: Het beloofde "free street parking" geldt voor 1 uur overdag en 's nachts/het weekend. Er stond niet op de site dat er een borg betaald moest worden. De wifi moesten we bij het restaurant ernaast gaan vragen en werkte niet in het hele appartement. De deur naar het plaatsje was niet op slot te krijgen. Er hingen een ladekastje uit elkaar.
