Disappointing standard Positive: Convenient for the city centre. Easy to find and park. Comfortable beds. Very helpful advice by phone when I couldn't get access because initial instructions about the security deposit were not very clear. Negative: First impression was the overflowing bin and loose rubbish outside the front door. Keysafe on the opposite side from instructions. Frayed carpet, cobwebs, broken kitchen tap and bathroom door bolts, coat hooks falling off the wall.. Insufficient seating even for 6 people. Mugs in the cupboard were dirty and had to be washed before we could use them.
