Lovely comfortable flat, but busy location Positive: We had a very good stay for the weekend. The apartment was clean and tidy with all amenities we needed. It is handy location wise for getting to the centre of Cardiff but is a busy junction outside the window. Negative: Busy junction outside the window. Entrance was surrounded by full bins, cardboard piled up and recycling bags strewn across the pavement. The rear bedroom has a communal roof top garden outside which was noisy the first night. If we had kids sleeping in that room it would've been an issue. The parking is hard to find as a lot is resident only. There was also a strong smell of cigarettes in the flat whether that was a previous guest or owner.

Good for a city break Positive: Good location with plenty of shops and restaurants right outside. The centre of Cardiff is a flat 15/20 minute walk away or 5 minutes in a taxi. The flat was comfortable and well equipped. An extra toilet room as well as the main bathroom -very handy. The host got in touch several times to check in Negative: Could do with more towels. Parking near the flat during the day is not possible. All the nearby streets are either limited to an hour or two or they're residents parking spaces that need a permit. My sister and her partner had to park in a library, 10 minutes walk away. I'd advise organising parking on the outskirts of Cardiff and using public transport/Uber etc to get here.

Positive: Everything
