Could have been nice with functioning room heating
Positive: In principle the location
Negative: No heating available, so the room temperature was at 12,8 degrees Celsius. (We bought a thermometer to measure it) Water buffer tank had no water, display for control broken, so heating could not work. We had to leave the apartment after one night, as it was too cold to stay a second night
