uncomfortable and hugely overpriced for what we got
Positive: The location was perfect for us, there were enough plates and forks, it was clean
Negative: The sofa was broken so very uncomfortable, the downstairs radiator was broken so the sitting room was freezing and we had to sit wrapped in blankets, the tv remote didn't work/needed new batteries, the wifi password was incorrect. We rang and left a message with the agency but they never rang us back. They replied by email but we didn't check our email. They claimed to have also whatsapped us but they didn't.
