Charming 2 Bedroom City-Centre Flat w/ Sunny Patio

Not appropriate cleanliness Positive: Provided, towels, kitchen utensils. Negative: We were very disappointed with our stay. At first glance, the property appeared clean and well-presented. However, before checking out we were instructed to strip the beds, and this revealed suspicious stains and mould on the mattresses underneath the bedding. This was extremely concerning, especially as one of our guests was seven months pregnant. Cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority, and this was simply unacceptable. We also had a guest sleeping on the pull-out sofa bed, but unfortunately it was broken, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. This significantly affected their stay and should have been identified and repaired before guests arrived. Overall, while the property looked fine on the surface, discovering the condition of the mattresses and having a broken sofa bed completely changed our impression. We would not stay here again and hope the owners address these issues before welcoming future guests.

Positive: Nothing, they cancelled our booking 12 hours before we were due to arrive Negative: They cancelled our booking for the 27th June 2026 the night before at 11pm and said there was a leak and they couldn’t get a plumber, but our email said that they wouldn’t be able to take any bookings throughout June or July 2026. However, today (29th June) it is available to book up until the end of July. We assume they cancelled us to get more money as there was a gig at the stadium. Cardiff was full of gig goers so you can imagine the lack of availability and high prices when we needed alternative accommodation 12 hours before we were due to arrive. Cardiff is also a 5 hour drive for us, so very poor service

Don't do it!! Positive: Nothing much. Negative: Uncomfortable bed. Broken sofa. Very rough around the edges. Mouldy cushions on the outdoors furniture. Generally an overpriced dump.

Overall stay was ok apart of free parking. Positive: Property was ok little marks dents on walls and on appliance. Negative: Free park was the issue at property.
