Awful
Positive: Location and friendly area
Negative: Not ready for full rent. It was dirty, the sheets were stained and it was surrounded by scaffolding. The rubbish on the front was unsightly and the property smelt. It was musty and smelt of damp. The windows don’t close properly. And the ice of the advert are deceiving. There is nowhere to sit the sofa is uncomfortable. The back yard is smelly and it felt dangerous have to walk under scaffolding. Disapproving and very cheeky to charge £150 deposit
There are no knives and very basic equipment in the kitchen. Oh and the t towel was wet and stained.
