Perfect stay for us on our 5 year anniversary and first ever trip to Cardiff Positive: Space, cleanliness and amazing value for money, would definitely stay again Negative: Just a couple marks on walls need painting but that did not distract from how stunning the property is and how well managed it is!

Positive: Property is beautiful, in a great location, is very quiet and clean Negative: Key on app expires at midnight the day of departure and this is not stated anywhere so I got locked out of the apartment when going to collect a takeaway order. I contacted the host several times however was not replied to for around 15 hours and was told that they were ‘glad I was able to check in okay’ ?

Great apartment with easy access to the Bay and to the City Centre. Positive: Excellent location for Cardiff Bay and easy to get into the City Centre too. First impressions of the apartment were its cleanliness, spaciousness and lovely decor and facilities. Host was very easy to communicate with. The ID verification and deposit via the secure portal which needed an app to be downloaded was slightly off-putting but on reflection all was OK. Easy access to the building, apartment and car park using the app with a smartphone. Car park is very secure. It's a fairly lively area in the evenings probably because it's so close the the Coal Exchange but that didn't affect us even though we had to have the windows open due to it being a very warm weekend. Biscuits, tea, coffee, milk were in the kitchen. Negative: The apartment had a couple of things that needed fixing/cleaning but the host was very understanding when this was pointed out. There is a boiler room in the flat and the constant hum from that was a little disturbing through the night. But we appreciated the overall feel of the apartment and enjoyed our stay.
