Positive: Amazing Location, amazing stay

Lovely location, in a good apartment that was once loved, but show signs of wear Positive: It was lovely location and clearly has been loved but it’s had a few hard occupancies in the past and is showing signs of wear which is inevitable giving its location and it being in the heartland of bars in Cardiff Negative: Signs of fatigue and that it’s been a bit abused previously… cracked coffee table, the original toilet roll holder broken off, the sink panel falling off, stained granite worktop, doors that don’t close properly, handles fallen off windows ..

Easy check-in experience, phenomenal location, great night-life and a hassle free experience. Positive: Location - couldn’t ask for much better. Very central, a small walking distance to majority of shops, restaurants, pubs and excursions. Space, layout and general cleanliness - plenty of space, layout was very good and cleanliness of the apartment and the lobby area was very good. Facilities within were also great. View - great view onto the city centre. Negative: It didn’t generally affect us but the ONLY downside of the location - the potential noise of the night life and aftermath, especially at weekends. I would say this would be more of a customer issue, knowing it is within the city centre, so booking this would accept knowing this risk. We sleep well, minimal amount of noise but did not affect us.

The whole set up was fabulous and great for our family of 5 Negative: The underheating flooring was very hot in the bedroom with ensuite. So had to keep windows up, which we then had to listen to all the noise outside
